3. Project Management Under PPM Training
The way you drive a standalone project is different from when you run it under PPM or PMO (just the same difference between driving a bike and a car), where there is a lot of processes and internal coordination needed to balance between your project and others. For this we have a special training that goes through the project management basics and how they are linked to PPM.
5. Build Advanced Forecast Methodologies
The greatest Forecast is when you know how to put together the data that can make you see how the future is going to look like (with KPI’s close to 100%), so you can make the big decisions from hiring, firing, increasing assets, offices, expanding, etc…
Forecast examples: Pipeline (sales forecast), Resource Forecast, Cost plan Forecast (which includes Revenue, cash flow, unbilled revenue, Churn control, etc…).
